Q1. How long in advance should I place an order?

A1. 2-3 days lead time will give us sufficient time to bake.

Q3. How long can I store my brownies and when is the best time to consume?

A3. They are best consumed within 3 to 4 days and can be kept in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Q4. What is the delivery timings? What if I want it earlier/ later?

A4. Our daily delivery timing is anytime from 10am - 8pm. You may request for a specific delivery timing. However, no promises. We will try our best to cater to your requested time. There will be an additional charge of $5 during seasonal period.

Q5. Is there free delivery?

A5. Yes, above $150 spend per location.

Q6. Can I have a same-day order?

A6. There are no promises, but do drop us a WhatsApp and we will get back to you ASAP.

Q7. I am allergic to certain ingredients, can I opt-out of it?

A7. It depends on the product as it may be a key ingredient. However you can always put a note when ordering and we will contact you shortly.

Q8. How long can I store the Thai Milk Tea?

​

A8. It is best to consume the tea within 3 days as they contain dairy products. Tea has to be kept chilled.

Q9. Is there a minimum order?
